Due to Storm Ophelia and the associated red weather warning, all offices of the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and of the Labour Court will remain closed tomorrow Monday 16th October. This includes the Commission's offices in Dublin (Lansdowne House), Carlow, Cork, Sligo and Shannon.
All adjudication and other hearings, together with WRC employment rights inspections, scheduled for tomorrow 16th October have been cancelled. Weather permitting, hearings and inspections scheduled for Tuesday 17th October should proceed.
